There are 5 types of commercial corporation in Korea.

But the most of corporation in Korea is STOCK Corporation and we recommend you to establish stock corporation type.

In Principal, there is no limitation for foreigner to own shares of Korean corporation.

But, As there are business areas where related laws stipulate the limitation ratio. It is recommended that you check them before starting the project.

More than 1 director shall be registered. But 1 more director or auditor would be recommended.

No, he or she is not required to be issued work permit for registration.

But, make sure that if he or she would work in Korea and manage a Korean corporation, he or she need to be issued work permit which is proper VISA

The fastest way to get a work permit is to get an investment which are D-8, D-9 Visa

D-8 will be issued when the investment amount is over than 100 million krw,

and D-9 will be issued when the investment amount is over than 300 million krw.

 

But Recently, immigration authorities only issue visas for over 300 million krw.

If your investment is more than 100 million won, you must pass the rigorous screening process.

The lease fee varies depending on the status of the office.

The lease fee for a virtual office starts from 77,000 krw(include VAT) per month.

The accountant charge depends on the business  condition as sales amount,  number of employees and etc.

The basic charge starts from 165,000 krw(include VAT) per month
